We don't use fixed one-size pricing. Reach out on WhatsApp, tell us about your space and what you need, and we'll put together a personalised Service Plan that clearly sets out the scope and cost.
Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped with professional-grade products and tools. If you have specific preferences for certain products in your home, let us know when we're planning your Service Plan and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Not necessarily. We agree on access arrangements before your service, so you can choose whether to stay home or carry on with your day while we work.
Once you've reviewed and accepted your Service Plan, full payment confirms your booking. HOMI requires 100% payment before service delivery once your plan is accepted and your date is set. We'll walk you through what's needed at that stage.
Yes. You can arrange recurring cleaning weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, depending on what works best for your space. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll build that into your Service Plan.
